He served on their part-time faculty teaching the classes on project management and decision making to agencies around the country for five years. He taught police leadership courses for the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission. John has a Master of Education degree from Western Washington University with a focus on training and leadership. He has been published in Police Chief magazine and a publication for city managers.
Their book and seminar were created because they often saw great employees who had the tools and the character to be the next generation of leaders but stumbled on test day because they did not know how to prepare for the testing process. John provides individual coaching and mentoring for police professionals. Most of these candidates have done very well in the promotional process. Their company is dedicate to preparing the next generation of leaders of public safety agencies.
